Africa Soul Footwear Mnfrs (Pty) Ltd is a family run business situated in Westmead, Pinetown. It commenced its operation in September 2012. The owners, Baboo Bissonram and Vee Bissonram, have a wealth of experience in the manufacture of footwear that spans over 2 decades. Having owned previous footwear companies they started up Africa Soul Footwear Mnfrs to fill a gap in the market for locally manufactured high-quality leather footwear. Raw materials of the highest standard are imported for the manufacturing process. The factory focuses mainly on the manufacture of school shoes, men and ladies leather footwear, safety shoes as well as a health range of footwear. Our footwear is manufactured with the knowledge that “Happy Feet make Happy People” thus the added comfort.

The company has various departments such as Purchasing, Planning, Sales & Marketing, Accounts and HR to assist in the smooth running of the operation. Overall there is a synergy that exists. No department works in isolation from the other. At the same time all personnel work as one unit. This leads to the success of Africa Soul Footwear Manufacturers. The factory is Level 1 BBEEE Compliant as well as SABS Certified.
